Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any of your items are damaged or if you receive the wrong one, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of gift cards or of food that has been eaten.

Refunds
We will notify you upon the receipt of your request, and when the refund has been approved. We will refund based on the original payment method. Please be advised that it will take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund.
